Bob Carter (Duke)

How long playing: Carter began playing at 8 years old. 
Instruments: Guitar, Bass, Clarinet, Saxophone, Harmonica
Types of music: Standards, Folk & Rock and Roll
Vocal Background: Church Choirs, St. Petersburg High School Choir, Plays, Folk groups and Rock bands
Bands of Note: First band: The British Walkers,The Folk People, The Travelers,  The Average Beach band, The Barracudas (22 years) and now The Southside BULLDOGS
Interesting Band Items: Began playing folk music in 1964 with the official group of the Festival of States and traveled the south playing in Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina and Virginia. Later played for 22 years with The Barracudas in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee and New Mexico, before forming The Southside BULLDOGS in 2011.
Favorite gig: Major concert in downtown Cincinnati Ohio

How long playing: Odell began playing at 14 years old.

Bands of Note: The Pussycats, The Galaxy’s, The Twilighters (Ala), Canterbury Tales (Ala) The Duane Berry Blues Band, The Night Dawgs and now The Southside BULLDOGS
Interesting Band Items: Studied with Frank Thomas notable guitar virtuoso, and played mostly club dates in Florida and Alabama before joining The Southside BULLDOGS in 2011.

Buddy Peterson (Spud)

How long playing: Peterson began playing at 14 years old.

Interesting Band Items: Won battle of the bands at the “Electric Zoo” in 1966, as a result recorded original song that played on WLCY radio.They were the House band for Hullabaloo Club of TV fame. Additionally, met and played with top recording stars traveling Florida at dozens of venues, before forming The Southside BULLDOGS in 2011.
Favorite gig: Touring Florida with the Mindbenders (Groovy Kind of Love). 
Opened for: Dave Clark Five, the Shangrilas, Sam the Sham and the Pharaohs, Tommy James, Blues Magoos, Doors, GAP, McCoys, Mindbenders, Allman Brothers, 3 Dog Night, Left Bank and more.

Interesting Band Items: Won the Longwood High School (NY) Battle of the Bands in 1894, attended two Rock n' Roll Fantasy camps where I played with Glenn Hughes at The House of Blues in Orlando,Fl and Ace Frehley at the Whiskey in Hollywood, CA

Favorite Gig:  Rooftop gig in downtown  St. Petersburg - song and tribute to The Beatles

How long playing: Daniels began playing classical Piano at 12 years old in Chapel Hill, N.C.

Bands of Note: First band: The Bristols, The Black Sheep, The Night Dawgs, The Joy of Dudley Daniels band and now The Southside BULLDOGS
Interesting Band Items: In 1966 when he joined The Black Sheep he began playing Bass. The band had a black hearse with The Black Sheep written on the sides. The Band played at High School and Junior High Parties. They played at the "Jokers Club", "Electric Zoo", The Showcase, Cock 'N Bull . Great local following. Played Keyboard again with the The Night Dawgs in 2001 for 10 years and The Joy of Dudley Daniels band in St. Pete for 3 years before joining The Southside BULLDOGS in 2012.
